PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wel'ington, September 15. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Mr Ridde.ll, S.M., gave judgment in connection with thrja informations against William Scott of having entered into bets at Kiccarton on August 14 with Percy 11. Brier'ey that if the horses Prospector, Gazeley and Shrapnel won certain races sums of money should be paid to Brier'ey, and the amount would be dependent upon the working of the totalisator. His Worship imposed a fine.of ,£ls on the first information and £2 10 on each of the other two, with total costs of £1 5/-
