COLLEGIATE TOURNAMENT. PEE PEE9S ASSOCIATION. Wanganui, August 27. The annual inter-collegiate football tournament commenced at Wanganui to-day, when Wanganui Collegiate School defeated Wellington College by
fire points to nil. The game waplayed in beautiful weather, before a large attendance. The Southland representative football team arrived from north this morning, and, after spending the day in >"ew Plymouth, will go en to Hawera by the -115 p.m. tram The Brown Shield match, between ths Taranaki and Ruahine Association reps , takes place at Hawera on Wednesday, prior to the Southland—Taranaki Rueby fixture. The following will represent Star 11. against Hawera 11. on Wednesday:— Les. Brown, G. Pearce, Boulton. Well«r, O'Driscoll, Brown, W. Whitaker. Harvey, C. Brown, A. Pearce, A. Waters, Hnikins, Avery, M. McKoy. k. Dixon.
