ARRESTS OF REVOLUTIONARIES. SALE OF STATE BANK DENIED. Received 24th, 10.8 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Aug. 24. The whole of the Social Rcvolu tionary Committee and many members of militant organisations havt been arrested at Riga. The warships Tsarevitch, Slava and Bogatyr are sailing to-day on a half-year's cruise. Eighteen officers of the Chita Garrison were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment for belonging to revolutionary organisations. The conversion of the State Bank is semiofficially contradicted ir St. Petersburg.
