Mr Hearst relies on public ownership as the cure for the tyranny of the trusts and adds that Europe hat shown such ownership is a success, and to that extent more regardful than the American Government of the people' interests. Mr Bryans' chance for the Presi dencv depends on Mr Hearst's success enabling him to win New York State.
