RUSSIAN DISORDERS.
MILLIONAIRE MURDERED. MUTINEERS EXECUTED. THE MOSCOW AFFRAY. Received 21st, 10.45 P-nl. ST. PETERSBURG, Aug. 21. Nielbuhr, a millionaire and his wife, were robbed and put to death in the German colony of Choliza, at Ekaterinoslav. Seven soldiers and three civilians were shot at Kronstadt in pursuance of the sentence over the Ksjrt Constantino affair. The Governor of Warsaw is worse, and is now threatened with paralysis Twenty-eight arrests have been made.
