PEU PBESS ASSOCIATION, Wellington, July 81, A meeting of tho Seddon Memorial Executive Committee held this evening resolved to send a circular to all local bodies, trades' unions, employees' associations, farmers' unions, agricultural associations, chambers of commerce, university colleges, education boards, school committees, friendly societies," and other similar bodies or instiTutions throughout the colony, asking them to co-operate in the movement, and also to make suggestions as to the form tho memorial should take, these to be mittcd to tho general committee, in"" order that a definite decision may be arrived at,
