SUPREME COURT.

PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, July 31, Tho Grand Jury threw out the charge of theft preferred against George Gaudin. A verdict of not guilty was returned in the case of Georgo Brough, charged with committing an unnatural offence. Percy Burt (theft), John O'Neill (receivirg stolen jewellery), and William Willis (theft) wero found guilty. The first named was sentenced to four months* imprisonment, and the other ttro were remanded for sentence.
