C. JJoyenil at Tarata on Thursday. Mr Newton King sells a choice lot of trees at his mart on Wednesday. His Waiwakaiho sale ts held tomorrow. Messrs Gilmour and Pattie report the sale of Mr Bennett's farm of 810 acres, also Mr llcal's farm of 155 acres. Mr Livingston, auctioneer, advertises in this issue tor entries for horse fair on August 10th. He states that he has every promise of a big catalogue, a large nnuiber being already booked. In another column Mr Newton King advertises a sale of shelter trees, ornamental and floweringshrubs, etc., to be held in the mart, Devon-street, on Wednesday next, on account of Mr T. M. Stephens (late M. Mitcheison's Caledonian Nursery). Farmers and others should make a special point of attending this sale, as now is the best time for removing trees and plants.
