PES I'UESS ASSOCIATION. GuevuouTH, July 27. At a meeting of the Seddon Memorial Comrr'ttee, it was decided to appoint canvassers to collect snbscnp-
ois in town to the i'jnd. The n,> nioa was very generally expressed t'lat an attempt should bo made 'o have a Wesc Coast memorial in tie form of a university scholarship, tenable for three years, to be awarded to the best scholar on the coast. Some of the speakers favored contributing to a general fund for a national memorial. To date over sixty pounds have been subscribed.
