This drama was recently produced by the Taylor-Carrlngton Company at the Princess Theatre, Dunedin, with most pronounced success The charac terisat'op. of the drama is exceptionally strong, and includes such well-known types of Australian character as tho swagsman, bushranger, assisted servant, English and Irish new chum, black tracker, etc. The comedy elcineut [s very strong, and servos to relieve the tension caused by the working of the powerful portions of the play. Tin; scenic effects are very beautiful, and include several fine pic tures of back-blocks scenery. Miss Carringfon, as an Australian bla-k boy, has a very fine character to impersonate, and Mr Charlie Taylor, as the assigned soryant, has a part which suits him wonderfully (veil, Unjustly bentencod will be staged at the Theatre Hoyal to-morrow evening, and at WaiUra on Saturday night. The box plan is open at tho Dresden Piano Co.
