Mr Bagnal said that (he question was too important to be dismissed in so abrupt a manner. He suggested that a room might have been secured in tho present buildings at a cost of £250 a year for a man in charge. Mr Bloomtiold was satisfied that dental work did mt eomo within the scope of the Act. Mr Bruce thought, the cost should not fall on tho ratepayers. The report was adopted.
