A DERELICT.
[ SIGHTED IN MID-OCEAN. Received 13, 11.31 p.m. Sidney, July 13. The Manuka passed a ship's fore or main yard showing about ton feet above the water in latitude 33.30 south, loncitudc 155.13 cast. It had evidently been in the water a longtime as it was covered with barnacles. .
