ME BEAUND'S APPEAL FKR PHBSS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, June 27. In the Appeal Court this afternoon the appeal by Mr Victor M. Braund against the decision of Judges Edwards and Cooper in connection with the destruction of the Colonial Bank's books was bogun, Mr Braund requiring them to be kept for a furihor period, as actnn was pending aguinsl some of the late directors of the bank. Mr Braund is conducting his own case, and had not concluded argument when the Court adjourned until to-morrow
