ALLEGED CHILD MURDER.

fBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Cheistchuhch. June 27. At tlio Magistrate's Court to-day, Harriot Foster, of Shands Track, near L'ncoln, and lier mother, Anne Foster, were committed for trial on a charge of murdering the infant child of the former. The child had died recently no doctor being in uttendanco, and a verdict was returned that doath generally wis due to starvation. The Magistrate said lie would reconrnond the Justice Department to assign counsel to act for accused during the trial, they being unrepresented at thMagisterial investigation.
