DEFERRED TILL COLONIAL CONFERENCE.

The standing committee has completed cjusideratiou of the Merchant Shipping Amendment Bill. At the instance of Mr Lloyd George several amendments were deforrod until the conference with the Colonies on ship, ping questions, which will be held before the Colonial Conference in I April.
