MEDICAL MEN'S LIABILITY.
PER PEEBS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, June 8. At the Pukekohe Police Cjurt Dr. Dalziel was summoned for having neglected to furnish the Registrar of births and deaths with a certificate of death within the time prescribed by tho Act. Mr Mayo, who prosecuted on behalf of the Registrar, said that a man died at Tuakau on March 27th. The medical practitioner attending deceasod during his last illness was bound to give a certificate of the cause of death within 31 days, but Dr Dalziel did not provide it until June Ist. Dr. Dalziel, who pleaded guilty, was fined Ss with £3 costs.
