PIERRE BIEKY'S AIMS. Received 28, 9.26 p.m. Pabis, May 28. Pierre Bieky, the apostle of the so called yellow party Socialists defeated a revolutionary Socialist for Brest. The new party is receiving numerous accessions, and is organising an international congress.

According to French newspapers the governments of several countries, including Germany, Russia and Spain have signified their intention of participating.

M. Bieky eliminates the destructive negative elements, of socialism, upholding individualism and the diffusion of wealth by giving workmen a share in the industries' wherein they are employed and interesting them in their I employers'-prosperity.
