THE DERELICT SCHOONER.

PER mESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, May 8. All doubt as to the identity of the capsized schooner, which was sighted near Cape Campbell last Sunday week, and which was taken in tow by the tug Duco and the steamer Gertie in turn, has been dispelled by news received today from some Paraparaumu fishermen, who returned from Kapiti Island, to wtict taven tte Gertie towed the derelict. The fishermen stato the schooner is tte Ronga, and she has been righted and baled out by the crew of the Gertie. No bodies were found on board. The vessel's masts had broken off. Captain Simpson hoped to leave Kapiti for Wellington to-day with the schooner in tow, and should arrive late to-night.
