BUTTER FAT TESTS. SALE OF NEW ZEALAND STOCK Received 15, 5.23 p.m. Sydsev, April 15. The attendance at the Show numbered twenty seven thousand. Hyams' Blossom 11. was awarded the Royal Society's hundred pound prize for bttttet fat tests. Si* miDrings yielded sevenand a quarter pounds of butter fit. Sh» same owner's Blossom 111. woa ike Sydney Mail prize. Under similar conditions sne yielded 8.34 pounds. At tie tales in connection with the show, Shorthorn bulls, the property of Mr J. Grant of Invert- rgill (New Zealand), brought sixty, fifty five, forty three, and thirty five guineas respectively. Three belongiug to Mr J. Small of Canterbury, sold at sixty six.twenty eight and twenty two guineas respectively.
