FEB PHES3 ABSOCUTON, . Napieb, March 23. At the Supreme Court to-day, George Walter Dickenson was found guilty of perjury, after a second trial, in which ho was 'defended by Mr A. L. Herdman, and was remanded for sentence' William Edward Dickenson, also charged with perjury, was found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy, and was admitted to probation for twelve months. Nelson, March 23.
At the Supreme Court this morniug a Blenheim case, J. J. Corry v. Clouston and Co., a claim for £3,000 for alleged wrongful dismissal, was commenced I Plaintiff's examination lasted the whole afternoon, and was not concluded when ; the Court adjourned. Tho case will probably continue over two days, as a largo number of witnesses arc to be examined,
