DIVORCE COURT.
UNSUCCESSFUL UNIONS, FEB PIIESB ASSOCIATION Wellington, February 18. The Chief Justice heard several divorce cases at the Supremo Court. Bessie Duggan obtained a dissolution of marriage with James Duggan, on account of his misconduct with Ethel Hutchings. Frederick Wellamar sought divorce from Martha |Wellamar on account of her misconduct and desertion. A decree nisi was granted in this case, and also in the ease of Mary Smith versus Sydney Smith; Louisa Taylor versus George Taylor; Florence Kelly versus Percy Kelly; and Margaret Sanvig vorsus Christian Sauvig.
