In the Supreme Court to-day before (.lie Chief Justice, Annie Jaue Olsen petitioned lor dissolution of her marriage with Hans Jacob Olsen, on the ground that he had misconducted himself with Wilhelmina Munroe Archer, a married woman living apart from her husband, Benjamin Archer. In a second suit, the hist named person sought a divorce from Wilhelmina Munroe Archer, on tho ground of her misconduct with Hans Jacob Olsen.
Mrs Archer resisted his application, on the ground that her husband had committed adultery with a married woman, named Smith. His Honor reserved judgment.
