DUNEDIN HARBOR BOARD.
I'Ell I'BKSS ASSOCIATION. Dinedin, February 12. The election of a member of the Harbor Board to represent the City and St. Kilda excited a good deal of interest to-day, the Ratepayers' Association having npminated 3. Small in opposition to the Hou. H. Gourley, the chairman of the Board. The latter was elected by a majority of 21, the voting being H. Gourley 1110, J. Small 1116.
