A MEIKLE COMMISSION.
PUB MESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, February 5. Tt is understood (hat the Government is in communication with the Chief Justice, with a view to obtaining the services of two Judges of 111 Supreme Court to sit as a Commission to enquire into the claims of J. J. Meiklc, for the redress of his grievances. It is anticipated that the Commission will he set up at an early date.
