Russian Agitations.
Dispersing a Meeting with Btjoaets Arrest of Goiermwit Astftnomer (Received Sept. 14,11-53 p.m;) St PETERSBURG, Sept. 14. Eight hundred delegates from all the towns in Finland met at Helsiugfors to ductus the political situation. The police ordered them to disperse, but the order being disregarded, the troops were summoned, and dispersed the gathering with fixed bayonets. The polio at Warsaw arrested M. Kowalezjk, the Government astronomer, and bis family, owing to the discovery at his residence of a store of revolvers, ammunition and daggers.
