CASUALTIES. (Received Sept. 14,11.40 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept 14. Sasebo was qniet all Sunday. There were 388 constables, 16 firemen and two soldiers wounded ic the recent riota at Tokio, nine civilians being killed an 1 887 wounded.
