SWEDEN'S DEMANDS MISREPRESENTED. (Received Sept. 15,0.7 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Sept. 14. It is affirmed here, in reply to Norwegian statement#, that the Riksdag never demanded the dismantling of the ancient fortifications, bnt only the new ones erected expressly against Sweden in the last decade.
