Mr Seddon said tho House could not let the incident pass unnoticed, and he moved that a breach of tho privileges 01 the House had 'tieen committed by Dr. fjjbb. Alter considerable discussion this was carried by 117 to 27, and Mr Seddon intimated that he did not intend to proceed any further in the matter. '

Mr Masse.v then moved—"That the breach of privilege is so slight that u is unworthy of further notice," After further discussion, Mr Willord, in order to terminate tho debate, moved "the previous quest Ion," which was carried by 37 to 11, and the incident terminated.
