LEGISLATION APPROVED.
(Per Press Association.) NELSON, Aug. 1. The Nelson Chamber of Commerce Committee, in considering Bills (before Parliament, expressed approval of the principle in the Accountants' Hill that accountants and auditors should be duly qualified ami certificated. It also expressed the hope that the Fire Brigades Bill would pass, approving of its principles, and' Hi was resolved to request the member for Nelson to use his best endeavours to get the same passed.
