HIGHER EDUCATION OF GIRLS.

O (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Aug. 1. At a meeting of the Otago Presbytery, to-day, a deputation from Knox Church Session recommended that steps be taken to establish in Dunedin, under the auspices of the Presbyterian Church, a school for the higher education of girls. It was resolved' to appoint a strong committee to consider and report on the matter.
