I The Imperial yachts Holrenzollcrn j and Pole Star anchored at Ujocrkoc ■ Sound on Sunday evening. ; The Kaiser, by boat, visited the Czar, who, in returning'the visit, j supped aboard the Hofoenzollern, re- ' maining over two hours in conversation. The Emperors breakfasted and lunched together aboard the Pole Star, the Czar afterwards reluming to St. Petersburg. Nothing has been disclosed regarding the topics discussed. LONDON, July 25. In the European capitals the most divergent and wildest views prevail regarding the meeting of the Kaiser and the Czar. German newspapers declare the in* terview is designed to prepare the way for Germany, and P'rancc uniting to finance the Russian indemnity,resulting in the formation of the triple alliance to influence the policy in the Far East and to isolate Great Britain.
