UNREST IN TURKESTAN.
THE GARRISONS REDUCED. TURKS FEAR A RAID. BOMBAY, July 7. It is reported from Simla that owing to the unrest of the population of Turkestan and discontent among the Central Asian garrisons. Russian troops on the north bank of the middle Oxus have been reduced. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 7. The Turkish forts arc manned day and night, the authorities tearing a raid on the Heaclia coal depots.
