Heultr's Odessa correspondent states that it is reported that the Kniaz I'utcinkin was blown up near Thco(iosia. Latest Sevastopol news implies iliai none of the lleet arc willing to lire on the Kniaz Potemkin. The Governor of Odessa'declares that '.lie Government will refuse a plenary amnesty, no matter what mad, murderous enterprise the mutineers attempt. Disturbances have broken out in the Ekaterinaslov district, whence the Kniaz Potemkin's crew has largely been drawn. Learning that Admiral Kruger was unable to rely on his crews, the Czar withdrew the riband of St. George from the holders among the Black Sea fleet, and also decreed that the mutineers must be captured dead or alive.
