Morgan, claim £tt 2s 9d, cos(.s £1 3s 0(1 ; same (Mr I'ttzhertjen) v. Louis Allen, claim £1 2s ffcl, costs ss, and (V large number o« gther eases wore t-Hhyr confessed, struck out, adjourn-* ed, or the amount involved paid into Court. In the judgment summons case Hell, dully, Hell and Myers v. Watt, an order was made for payment of the amount, £8 15s' wi.th costs, within one week, In default seven days' imprisonment.
