FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE. (Received April 13, 10.2 p. 111.) I PARIS, April 13. I The Chamber of Deputies, by 422 votes to 45, approved of Article 1 of the Church and State Separation Bill, guaranteeing freedom of conscience in public worship, subject to the restrictions essential to public order.
