Garrison Band.
' At tho annual meeting of the Gajrrison Band Bandmaster McCorawjll presided. The secretary read the annual report ami balance-sheet w which showed a credit ot l.js 3d and which was adopted,. There are still several accounts to come in, and when received the balance on tho year's working will be 'increased. The band's auditor wrote congratulating the secretary, Mi- N. Allen, on the way in which <he had kept the books' for the year, a factk which had made the auditor's work, very easy.
