(Received March 30, 9.43 p.m.) BERLIN, March 30. Baron von llichthofen, Minister for Fqreign Affairs, announced in the Reichstag that the United States and Great Britain were willing 'to Compensate German settlers in Samoa to the amount of 40,000 dol-. lars. 112,000 dollars \verc claimed.
