DUFFEY BREAKS A RECORD. DUNERIN, March 12. A day's sport was provided by thfc Otago centre of the N.Z. Amateur Athletic Association, when Duffey (America), Widmcr, and Whcatley (Australia) made their first appearance. The day was beautifully fine and the attendance was about four thousand. Mace (140 yds) won in lmin 27scc. Burk and Whcatley started, but both gave up.
