DISSATISFACTION AT HULL. (Received March 11, 4.25 p.m.) LONDON. March 11. Keen dissatisfaction is: felt at Hull at the Board of Trade inducing the claims "over the North Sea outrage. The Gamecock fleet alone claimed £58,000 : moreover, the mission the mission ship repairs cost £14,000. Questions on the subject are announced in Parliament
