The Wreck of the Orizaba.
- m THE CAPTAIN CENSURED. (Received Fob. 27, 0.57 a.m.) PERTH, Feb. 38. At the clone of the inquiry into tha grounding of too Orizaba the Court found that the captain committed an error of judgment in attempting 4a take the vessel over the Five Fathom Bank instead of anchoring and obtaining' assistance. It therefor* censured him, and ordered him to. pay half the costs of the inquiry, but returned his certificate.
