CAPTAIN S CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 29. „ Tlie nautical Inquiry into the wreck' of the Nambueea was concluded to-day. The Court held that lbs master had committed a wrongful act in continuing full speed when he was uncertain as to Ms position, and was in fault in his not taking •oundings. His certittcate was suspended for three months, and he was ordered to pay the costs, £9 os.
