PROHIBITION ORDER.
.WHEN XT'MECOMES EFFECTIVE. (Per Press Association.) OISUOHNE, Jan. 08. Mr Ilurton, H.M., gave hit decision to-day that a prohibition order foocomcs oflocMvo when announced in jyourt in the hearing of the penan |affocted, and when a record has I been made and signed by lite Magistrate. Defendant had gone from Court to obtain lhjfuor after bearing the order made, and would be fined £2 or a week's hard labour.
