Hev. F. A. Dennett, with Mrs Hennet t and family left last night by the Karawa for Onehunga, en route for Hotorua, where he will work in future. Yesterday afternoon a large number of parishioners of St. Mary's met at the schoolroom to bid farewell lo Kev. Bennett. Afternoon tea was served, and a pleasant time spent by all. In the course of a shor.t address, in which lie thanked those present for their many kindnesses to him, Kev. Bennett expressed a hope I flat all would extend to his successor the same hel[iful sympathy that had fallen to his lot..
