Two swagmen in the Delegate district, while boiling the'r billy, started a fire, which waa extinguished without doing any damage. They were sentenced to two months' imprisonment. At a meeting of the executive of the relief fund reports showed that the damage had been exaggerated. JOHN NORTON AGAIN. SYDNEY, Jan. 11. Mr John Norton, of Truth, lias challenged the position of Mr Taylor as Lord Mayor, on tho ground that he is interested in contracts in connection with iminicipajl electric lighting in Sydney.
