Seven thousand St. Petersburg Labour Unionists demand the restoration of the men dismissed at the Putiloff works on the ground that they belonged to the union ; otherwise the union will decline to remain responsible for order among the St. Petersburg workmen. BAKU IN FLAMES. RESULT OF RIOTING. (Received Jan. 11, 11.54 p.m.) , St. PETERSBURG, Jan. 11. Twenty Baku rioters were killed and a hundred oil towers burned during the troubles of the past few days.
