Effect of Young Preacher's Mission. LONDON, Jan. 10. For the . first time in eighteen years there have been no cases at Newport Police Court, but there has been a considerable increase of religious mania patients in Denbigh Asylum. Both are attributed to the religious revival. Some account of the work of the young Welsh revivalist appeared in our columns yesterday, under the heading "Collier Preacher." This man, Evan Roberts, professes to have had a vision in which the triumph of Christianity over the Satanic forces was promised.
