He Loped, before the session ended in the early part of February to finally deal wi'-th the Arbitration, Papua. Trades Marks, and Defence Amending Bills. The latter deals with tho re-organisation of the military forces. There is also a hill regulating shipments of fruit. In refertnee to pixM'enential trade the Government propositi to give Mr Peakin an opportunity of introduqing I the subject next session. j
