The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Commerce has ai>provnd of the terms and conclusions contained in M. de Loucle's report on the Anglo-French Convention. The report states that the convention is part of a vaster and more general group of agreements resulting from the need of a rapprochement and union between France and Britain, which have been too long divided. The two peoples are determined to tome closer together, and the convention is the first pledge of cordial and sincere relations.
