Captain Cook Memorial.
(Per Press Association.) GISBORNE, Oct. 4. The Cook Memorial Committee this afternoon selected the design submitted by Messrs McNab and Mason, of Auckland, for the memorial, the cast to be £IOOO. Cook Day, October Bth, 1905, was decided upon as the date for the unveiling ceremony.
