Whittle ; lion, secretary, Mr A. itewle.v ; nan. treumiivr, Mr V. Elliott committee, Messrs E. Lash, W, L. Fitz.henbert, L. If. I'. Spcncor, H. Stocker, A. 11. Steads, u nd H, J. Price ; auditor, Mr E. A. Lightband; delegates to association, Messrs Whittle and Spencer. Several new niemU'J'S were elected.
Volt's of thanks were ac<:orded to Mess.s H, M. Ilauchope and Prank Robertson for special interest taken in connection with the club, to the; outgoing secretary (Mr 11. Stocker), amd to Uie press. Some discussion l«ok place on the subject of a ground, and a sul/-com-mittee was elected to go fully into the matter and deal with it In the manner that np|>ears best.
